Privacy Policy

What we collect. When you submit a listing or a payment, we collect: the URL or handle you're promoting, a company name you provide, the payment amount and blockchain transaction hash you submit, and — only if you choose to provide it, and only after you've already sent a payment — a Telegram handle or email address for notifications. We also collect standard, privacy-friendly website analytics (page views, referrers, approximate location from IP, no cross-site tracking) if analytics is enabled on the site.

What we don't collect. We don't require or collect accounts, passwords, or payment-card details — there is no payment processor involved, so we never see or store any information beyond what you submit in the listing/payment form and what your wallet's public blockchain transaction itself already discloses (which is public information on the relevant blockchain regardless of our involvement).

How we use it. To display your listing, to verify and confirm your payment against the blockchain, to detect duplicate or already-listed companies, and — only if you provided a Telegram handle or email — to notify you if your listing is later outranked, so you have the option to reclaim your position. We do not sell submitted contact information, and we do not use it for marketing unrelated to your own listing.

Blockchain data. Transaction hashes and wallet addresses associated with payments are, by the nature of public blockchains, publicly visible on the relevant chain independent of anything we do. We may reference a transaction hash in confirming or troubleshooting a specific payment.

Retention. Listing and payment records are retained for as long as the listing exists on the board, and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping. Optional contact information (Telegram/email) is retained only as long as needed for outbid-notification purposes and can be removed on request.

Your choices. Providing a Telegram handle or email is always optional and never required to submit a payment or claim a rank. You can request removal of your contact information at any time by contacting us.
