Terms of Service

What this is. SpinWar is a public leaderboard. You pay to place a listing — a casino-industry company's website or an X/Twitter handle — on the board, and your position is determined solely by the total amount you've paid. There are no accounts, no subscriptions, and no advertising contract beyond what's described here.
Payment and finality. All payments are final and non-refundable. This includes — without limitation — being outbid and losing your position, changing your mind after paying, and a listing being removed for violating these Terms or the site rules. Because payments are made in cryptocurrency, they are irreversible once sent; there is no chargeback or reversal mechanism available to us or to you.
USDT only — currency and network risk. We accept USDT exclusively, on the TRC20 or ERC20 network, sent to the specific address shown for that network at the time of your submission. If you send a different cryptocurrency, or send USDT on a network other than the one corresponding to the address you used, the funds are very likely permanently unrecoverable. We are not able to identify, recover, or refund misdirected or wrong-currency transactions. This risk is entirely the sender's responsibility. Always double-check the coin and network before sending.
How positions are determined. A payment updates the total associated with your listing, and your rank is your listing's total relative to every other listing's total, updated as payments are confirmed. Positions are not reserved, are not guaranteed for any length of time, and can be overtaken by anyone at any time. Paying for a position does not entitle you to compensation, a refund, or any other remedy if you are later outranked.
Minimum payment. Every payment accepted by the platform — whether creating a new listing, adding a company not yet listed, or adding to an existing listing's total — is subject to a minimum of $101 (101 USDT). Submissions below this amount will not be processed.
What can be listed. You may only submit a website or X/Twitter handle you are entitled to promote. Listings must not link to chat or invite platforms (including but not limited to Telegram groups, Discord servers, or WhatsApp groups), must not use link-shortening services (we resolve these to the underlying destination automatically), and must not themselves constitute adult or otherwise prohibited content. Listed companies must be real, identifiable businesses; we may request or display basic company information as part of a listing.
No endorsement, no performance guarantee. A listing's position reflects payment only. It is not a review, ranking of quality, safety, licensing status, or trustworthiness, and is not an endorsement by us. We make no representations about traffic, clicks, conversions, or any other commercial outcome that may or may not result from a listing.
Moderation and removal. We may remove, edit, or decline any listing we reasonably believe is unlawful, deceptive, violates these Terms or the site rules, or is otherwise inappropriate, and we may decline to accept future submissions from a given source. Removal for a Terms violation does not entitle the payer to a refund.
Data submitted with a listing. Information you submit (URL, company name, category, and — if you choose to provide it — a Telegram handle or email address for notifications) is used to operate and display the listing and, where you've opted in, to notify you if your position is later overtaken. Changes. These Terms may be updated from time to time; continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
